Why won't the manual open when the CD is inserted?
The manuals come on CD in .pdf format and require a .pdf reader installed to be accessed. You can install a reader like adobe reader which is free.

Why is part of the manual having blank pages?
This is caused by the pdf reader being an older version. As soon as you update your pdf reader to a current version, the rest of the pages will populate.

Why is the CD empty when it is inserted?
1. You have autorun turned off on the PC, 2. You don't have a pdf reader installed, Or a combination of the two. Install a current version of your pdf reader and manually open the CD.
